The Gift of Clarity
The gift of clarity is enormous if you take a moment to appreciate it. Clarity means having a clear vision to really understand the problem or situation at hand. You are deliberately slowing down to look at the issue at hand more closely, so you feel empowered to make better decisions.
When we have gone through a traumatic experience like a divorce, it is very easy to feel lost and confused as to what our next steps need to be. We are overcome by our emotions of shame, guilt, fear, anger, depression to name a few. We often feel disempowered and question ourselves “What is wrong with me?” or “Why do I feel paralyzed with what to do next?” These are some very common thoughts that we have when we do not feel centered and grounded within ourselves. So, the next time you feel stuck on what to do next, just breathe and connect with your gift of clarity.
Here are three ways you can tap into the Gift of Clarity:
✓ Close your eyes. Take a slow deep breath through your nose and hold it for at least 4 seconds. Exhale slowly and deeply through your mouth while silently counting from 1-6. Repeat this process 2 times.
✓ Notice your body and mind becoming lighter and stress-free.
✓ While your eyes are still closed, bring your attention to the problem you might be struggling with. You will now begin to feel connected to your source where your innate wisdom resides; soon you will have clarity about your next steps.
The gift of clarity is one of clear vision where we can find a clear path that can lead us toward transformation.
