The Gift of Freedom

Have you ever asked yourself what it means to be truly FREE? If not, then I encourage you to do so as it can change your life as it did mine.

I never really knew the feeling of being free, until I left my toxic marriage or when I resigned from my job that no longer fed my soul.

How many times have we been guilty of tolerating situations in our lives that seem to suck out every ounce of energy from within us?

We find ourselves in this predicament because we refuse to get out of our comfort zone to achieve more desired outcomes out of fear.

Out of all the gifts we have in life, the gift of freedom is by far the most precious one.

When we feel imprisoned by our limited mindset along with our inability to take action to free ourselves from self-sabotaging behaviors, we soon realize the deep toll it takes on our self-esteem, self-worth, and ultimately even our souls.

I still find it difficult to fully express the extent of my feelings that washed over me when I decided to finally leave my unfulfilling marriage or my soul-deadening job.

When the bells of freedom finally rang for me, everything in my life changed for the better!

For a moment I felt like I was on cloud nine. I felt the heaviness I had carried with me all these years lifted for the first time.

I could actually “BREATHE” because now I was truly “Free to be…ME!” in my body, mind, and soul. A moment to indeed celebrate!

The gift of freedom allowed me to finally “RELAX” into myself. What a feeling of utter peace and joy!

upon releasing things from your life where your soul’s response to your inquiring is a resounding “NO MORE OF THIS!”

when you have powerfully acted in alignment with your soul’s desire.
